Senior Mechanical Tendering Engineer (Head Office- Smart Village)

1. Job Summary The Senior Mechanical Tendering Engineer is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and submitting competitive technical and commercial tenders for mechanical works in construction projects. The role includes reviewing tender documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating technical specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. The position ensures that all submissions are compliant, competitive, technically sound, and delivered within strict deadlines. 2. Job Duties • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to define the mechanical scope of work. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. • Analyze technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements. • Obtain, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare comparison sheets for commercial and technical evaluation of offers. • Identify project risks and propose value engineering solutions to optimize cost and performance. • Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial tender documents within deadlines. • Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, suppliers, and clients to ensure complete tender submissions. • Support in clarifications during the tendering stage until award. 3. Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (6 October- New Cairo)

1. Job Summary The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is responsible for leading and managing mechanical technical office activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The role oversees the preparation, review, and coordination of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. The position ensures compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and consultant standards while supporting project execution and providing technical leadership to junior engineers. 2. The engineer also coordinates with procurement and project teams to evaluate subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure timely and compliant project execution according to legal and contractual standards. 2. Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer (6 October- New Cairo- North Coast)

1. Job Summary The Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer is responsible for leading and controlling architectural technical office activities across residential and commercial projects. The role ensures the proper preparation, review, and coordination of architectural, finishing, facade, and interior fit-out drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and quantity take-offs. The engineer acts as a technical reference for junior staff and ensures all deliverables comply with project specifications, contract documents, IFC drawings, and consultant requirements. 2. Job Duties • Prepare, review, and finalize architectural, finishing, facade, and interior fit-out drawings based on IFC drawings, specifications, and consultant comments. • Prepare and manage RFIs and follow up until receiving official responses. • Prepare and review material submittals, prequalification’s, and method statements in coordination with procurement and site teams. • Coordinate architectural works with Civil/Structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and avoid site conflicts. • Review quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ revisions and release quantities for procurement when required. • Provide technical support to site execution teams and resolve architectural issues during construction. • Study consultant comments, implement required modifications, and manage resubmission processes. • Maintain and update architectural submittal registers, logs, and tracking systems. • Prepare monthly progress reports related to architectural technical office activities. • Support and supervise junior engineers and distribute tasks as assigned by senior management. 3.
