1.Job Summary
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, issuing, and controlling materials, equipment, and tools in accordance with company procedures and project requirements, ensuring inventory accuracy, material safety, and proper warehouse control.
2. Job Duties
• Receive materials, verify quantities and specifications, inspect material conditions, and complete all related documentation.
• Record daily inventory transactions in SAP and maintain proper material classification and storage.
• Apply proper storage methods (FIFO/FEFO), monitor expiry dates, and ensure preservation of materials.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and accurately record issuance and return transactions.
• Conduct periodic stock counts, reconcile physical balances with system records, and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper organization in compliance with safety requirements.
3. Job Requirements
• Technical diploma or intermediate/higher qualification; specialization in logistics or warehouse management is preferred.
• Warehouse management training certificate; forklift operation certificate is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, preferably in contracting companies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, teamwork, and good knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
