The Administrator is responsible for executing and following up administrative tasks at the head office, supporting different departments, ensuring smooth workflow, and complying with company policies and procedures.
2. Job Duties
• Execute daily administrative tasks and coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Projects departments.
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting arrangements, and prepare minutes when required.
• Monitor office stationery and administrative supplies while maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and item addition forms and coordinate with the Procurement Department.
• Follow up temporary labour activation requests, issue codes, and update the Man Power schedule with projects.
• Monitor office boys at the head office and Abu Rawash administrative office.
3. Job Requirements
• Intermediate degree or relevant higher qualification.
• Administrative or secretarial training courses are preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in contracting companies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organization, communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail skills with the ability to work under pressure.
