1. Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all warehouse operations on the project site, ensuring timely material availability, data accuracy, and compliance with approved quality and safety standards.
2. Job Duties
• Prepare warehouse management plans and organize storage layout according to project requirements.
• Oversee materials receiving, inspection coordination with QC, and proper recording of materials.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, apply FIFO/FEFO systems, and maintain warehouse housekeeping and HSE compliance.
• Approve material issuance and monitor consumption, returns, transfers, and stock availability.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, and project teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and support audit activities.
3. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• CPIM, CLTD, or equivalent supply chain/warehousing certification preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in warehouse management within contracting companies or construction projects.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work under project pressure.
